About the Forum
The IMAP4U Strategic Excellence Forum is an international event dedicated to advancing strategic excellence in higher education institutions.
Hosted by the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in partnership with Hitit University, the Forum brings together university representatives, researchers, academic leaders and professionals interested in strategic planning, quality assurance, institutional performance and evidence-based decision-making.
The event forms part of the Erasmus+ project An Integrated Model for Strategic Excellence in Higher Education Institutions (IMAP4U) , which aims to support universities in connecting institutional strategies with measurable objectives, action plans, performance indicators and informed management decisions.

Throughout the day, participants will discover the IMAP4U approach, explore its digital platform, exchange perspectives on strategic excellence and take part in an interactive institutional decision-making simulation.
The Forum will also feature a doctoral research showcase by the Internet Computing & Systems Optimization (ICSO) research group at UPV, highlighting research on optimization, analytics and decision support.
