| 10:00–10:30 | The IMAP4U Approach: From Strategic Planning to Institutional Action | Strategic planning, KPIs, action planning, performance monitoring, decision-making and performance-based budgeting. |
| 10:30–11:00 | Exploring the IMAP4U Digital Platform | Live demonstration of the platform and its modules connecting strategies, KPIs, actions, responsibilities, performance data and decisions. |

| 11:30–12:30 | Panel Discussion & Q&A: Strategic Excellence in Higher Education | Discussion of institutional challenges, opportunities and the applicability of the IMAP4U approach. |
| 12:30–13:30 | Doctoral Research Showcase: Decision Support & Analytics | Lightning talks by UPV doctoral researchers from the ICSO group on optimization, metaheuristics and data-driven decision support. |
